I am so grateful for your comments!! Also grateful to my children. Sarah did my workout with me on Saturday. Both kids checked in this morning to see how my workout went.
I ate some unhealthy food on Friday and felt terrible on Saturday. That’s good motivation to eat right. Some days I’m tired but I’m pushing through.
You've got the best kids! You've always had a great correlation between taking care of your body and how you feel. Keep up the great work!
