Nutrition

 So much information. It’s all helpful and it’s a little overwhelming. This chart is a good overview. I’m doing great with the exercise part  doing 3 workouts per week and minimum of 300 minutes of cardio each week. Now I have to work on nutrition on the non fasting days. We got a lot of great info on meal planning and prep which I’m going to try to implement. A lot going on!!

 I missed last weeks class on exercise. I’m watching the video from it. Great stuff! Of course the magic pill is exercise.

Last week was busy ( worked 50 hours) but I stayed on plan. Taking time off this week. Today was the first workout I rated a level 8 out of 10 on difficulty. The trainer was so happy they finally challenged me to that point. I saw this online and it resonated with me. I think it also applies to cancer, grief, and other challenges. Love you all
