On Thursday we had our orientation and kickoff meeting. I met all the other participants which was truly awesome. We got our schedule including cooking classes. Saturday I went to rooftop yoga in a beautiful garden - definitely want to keep going to that!! Today I met with one of the personal trainers for my first session. I did better than I expected. I held side planks for 30 seconds! I made it up to 240 lbs on the leg press and 80 lbs on the seated row. Who knew?! Also did a brisk 3-mile walk.
Tomorrow is my first fast day where I'm limited to 500 calories consumed around dinner time. They warned us we would be tired. I'm starting to believe them!
