Nutrition

 So much information. It’s all helpful and it’s a little overwhelming. This chart is a good overview. I’m doing great with the exercise part  doing 3 workouts per week and minimum of 300 minutes of cardio each week. Now I have to work on nutrition on the non fasting days. We got a lot of great info on meal planning and prep which I’m going to try to implement. A lot going on!!

  1. This is great. I do some ok and some not so well. It's a good reminder of what is in your control. You're doing all the hard work and you can be perfect all the time on everything. Keep you the great work!
